About Us: goldplaited was started 10 years ago by 2 beauty loving sisterpreneurs. The owners do not work behind the chair, so our full time and attention is dedicated to customer service, an efficiently run salon, a happy team and GROWTH! Our 10 chairs are maxed out constantly as a result of our hard work and brand recognition. No need to build your own book of clients - we do all the business development & marketing work!
Our Values: goldplaited has 5 stars across all review websites - Yelp, Google, Facebook, + The Knot! Our team is hardworking, supportive, friendly and love to share knowledge. We put an emphasis on education, from peer-to-peer learning, to hiring educators into the salon and sending staffers to on-site seminars.
Compensation: goldplaited pays you for each hour you work! Our staff receives an hourly rate, tips + sales commissions, with the opportunity for bonuses. Our top performers get opportunities to perform weddings and corporate gigs that pay commission or a day rate!
