CANCELLATION POLICY

goldplaited enforces a cancellation policy for all bookings as follows:

- goldplaited has a 15 minute grace period. Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late will incur a $20 late fee charge.

- for a standard appointment, cancellations are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

-for Saturday appointments and groups of 2, cancellations are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

- for appointments with groups of 3 or more, cancellations are required a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

-for corporate events or bachelorette parties, cancellations are required a minimum of 7 days in advance. Please consult your coordinator for more details on this policy and your deposit.

-for bridal guests and groups, cancellations are required a minimum of 30 days in advance. Please consult your coordinator for more details on this policy and your deposit.

Please note, the cancellation requirements apply to all services - ie: if you need to cancel one service or one guest.

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than the outlined notice will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the full value of services reserved. Cancellations must be made by calling our front desk at 773-880-9180. We do not accept cancellations via email.
