Terms and Conditions

  • Redemptions begin January 1st, 2026

  • Services expire on December 30th, 2026 unless notated otherwise

  • To Redeem Year End Deals, Appointments must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance ($25 convenience fee applies for less than 24 hours) 

  • All bookings are subject to our standard goldplaited cancellation policy

  • Redemption time begins at 10am. Promotional packages not valid for prime time bookings (7 AM - 9 AM or 7 PM) 

  • $25 fee for installed or clip-in extensions per visit.

  • No promotional packages redeemable on New Years Eve or National holidays - including the weekends of Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

  • Not redeemable for wedding day or bridal services.

  • Unused vouchers do not rollover.

  • All packages are non-transferrable. Services must be activated and used by same customer

  • Terms and conditions must be agreed upon before activation

  • Gift cards can be used for 15% bonus OR to purchase year end deals, cannot be used for both.
