maximum appointment length is 45 minutes (clients with hair requiring longer are not eligible for this level of membership)
appointment will be forfeited for any client arriving more than 10 minutes late (a late cancel fee will be automatically charged)—if we are able to accommodate, a $10 late arrival charge will be applied
not transferable, can only be used by the member who purchased
must be booked, canceled, or changed 24 hours in advance (convenience fee for booking, canceling, or changing times with less than 24 notice assessed at $25 per appointment—automatically charged to card on file, no exceptions)
no more than 2 membership appointments on the books at the same time
redemption hours are 10 AM to close (appointments before 10 a.m. may be redeemed with a $25 early bird convenience fee)
cancel your membership at any time with 14 days notice by emailing hello@goldplaited.com (must receive a confirmation email to ensure cancellation is processed)
no cancellation allowed before the initial 3-month term expires
No refund of a partial month
goldplaited enforces a cancellation policy for all bookings as follows:
goldplaited has a 15-minute grace period—clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late will incur a $20 late fee charge
for a standard appointment, cancellations are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance
for Saturday appointments and groups of 2, cancellations are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance
for appointments with groups of 3 or more, cancellations are required a minimum of 72 hours in advance
for corporate events or bachelorette parties, cancellations are required a minimum of 7 days in advance—please consult your goldplaited coordinator for more details on this policy and your deposit
for bridal guests and groups, cancellations are required a minimum of 30 days in advance—please consult your goldplaited coordinator for more details on this policy and your deposit
Please note that the cancellation requirements apply to all individual clients and each service.
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than the outlined notice will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the full value of services reserved. Cancellations must be made by calling our front desk at 773-880-9180. We do not accept cancellations via email.
